Return and Refund Policy

At Prestige Classique we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns refunds and exchanges may be accepted.

1 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within fourteen days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of use damage or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

2 Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return including items marked as final sale gift cards or products that have been worn washed or altered after delivery.

3 Return Process

To request a return please contact our customer support team at prestigeclassique@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return request is approved you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

5 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please contact us and we will assist you depending on product availability.

6 Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged defective or incorrect item please contact us within forty eight hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7 Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund after it has been approved first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary.
